Origin is not a label on the bag

Saying a coffee is Colombian explains almost nothing. Colombia is altitude, climate, varieties, processes, and distinct commercial relationships in every village.
Our job is not to simplify origin to sell it better. It is to understand which part of that complexity can be translated honestly into the cup.
What we need to know
When we talk about origin, we talk about:
- A specific farm and lot
- Harvest and processing date
- Who made each decision in the process
If any of that data is missing, we are not ready to tell the story yet.
